Early bird discount (at paid registration fee before 31 December). 

- Local teams and own accommodation = 20% discount on registration fee.
- School- and hotel accommodation = 1 free participant fee.

Refund policy

Registration fee:

- 100%  refund  ( reduced with service fees of the banks)  before 1 March 2025.

Participation fee:

- 100%  refund  (reduced  with service fees of the banks) before 30 April 2025.

- After 30 April 2025 only refund with a medical certificate for the participant.
